To earn visits and rewards (like 10 visits = a reward), it's your responsibility to check in each time you visit.
Check-ins can only be done after you pay your bill (at the end of your visit).
Only one check-in per day per customer is allowed.
Late or retroactive check-ins are not accepted.
All QR codes (welcome, birthday, anniversary, visit rewards) are valid for 7 days after they are issued.
After this period, the QR code will no longer be valid.
To redeem birthday or anniversary rewards, you must visit and make a purchase within 7 days of receiving your QR code.
You'll need to show a valid ID to confirm your birthday or anniversary.
Rewards are personal, non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one reward can be redeemed per promotion (welcome, birthday, anniversary, visit reward).
